The company is divided into four units, which combine related programmes and similar activities.

Maintenance unit

• it ensures uninterrupted functioning of the high and low voltage electricity network in the Port of Koper
• it has many years' experience in discovering and eliminating water losses
• it provides ground markings and signalisation of all types
• it maintains the entire port infrastructure (rails, electricity and water supply installations)

Production service unit

• it assembles and installs various products
• it offers mowing services and landscape design

Service unit for Luka Koper

• it offers auxiliary services for the parent company
• it manages the truck terminal
• it performs the weighing and courier services

Maritime utility unit

• it moors and unmoors ships
• it offers excavations by a dredger
• it provides utility services within the Port of Koper

The company constantly pursues the goal of joint development with the parent company, which is why it is always prepared to provide and develop new services for its customers.
